The Problem

     
   

When a PC stops working properly due to corrupted files, deleted system files, infected files or due to any software conflict then the PC itself becomes redundant.
As a result the end user often blames the retail store for the "hardware" problems and the retail store often looses the repeat business.

     
   

The end user often calls the retail store and complains about the hardware:

"Hello. The computer you sold me is not working"
"I can not connect to the internet"
"There is no sound"
"I want my money back!"
